2014
July 12th was a hot day. It was perfect for going underground to cool off. And that is just what the club did! We took the "Domes & Dripstones" tour at Mammoth Cave National Park and enjoyed the 57 degree weather. The two hour tour was interesting and we had some fun. Once outside, we took over one of the picnic pavilions, everyone brought their picnic "specialty" and we chowed down! We even had a wildlife visitor and a future Corvette owner join us!
Maker's Mark Distillery Tour - June 28, 2014
We had a great time on our trip to Maker's Mark Distillery in Loretto, KY. There were ten Corvettes and one hard body that made the trek through awesome winding and curving hills. We hit a few rain showers but nothing dampened our spirits! The tour of the distillery was very informative and afterward a group drove into Bardstown for a BBQ dinner. Thanks to all who attended!

Corvettes of Clarksville-Chevys on the CUmberland Show
A few photos from the Chevys on the Cumberland Car show on April 26, 2014. A group of Bowling Green Assembly Corvette Club members headed down to Clarksville and judged their show. Each year they select from our judge's cars and this year Vito D'Angelo got first place and Sonny Kilgo got second place. Congrats to everyone!
Our 2014 Bash Caravan
Many of our out of town members came to Bowling Green for the 2014 National Corvette Museum Bash. Each year they know that we host an awesome Corvette Caravan to the Barren River Lake State Park and eat at the Driftwood Restaurant. This year was no exception. We had a fantastic turnout of beautiful Corvettes as we drove the back roads into Barren County. Thanks to everyone who joined us - we love having you here in Bowling Green!
